Introduction

Hello, I am from Belington, WV.  In the future I would like to teach Kindergarden thorugh second grade kids.  I believe that students learn through what the teacher teaches them and from their parents. Kids can learn how to do things when it's fun. I also think they learn better when they're doing hands on activities such as making crafts that go along with a lesson. For example, instead of talking about a covered bridge and what it looks like, students could make a replica of it by using popsicle sticks. Kids can learn anything if they're interested in it.  Teachers should ask themselves, "How would the lesson be interesting to me if I were the student?"
